About Us

The ESTEAM Community Foundation, Inc., which stands for (Empowering, Social change through Technology, Education, Arts and Mentoring), is a non-profit organization under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It was organized in April 2016 to support charitable educational, cultural, technological, economical and scientific development programs. It provides funding and support for Central Florida-based community programs, projects and scholarships.

ESTEAM Community Foundation, Incorporated works to enhance the quality of life in our community and for our youth now and in the future by building a permanent source of charitable dollars and by serving as a source of knowledge and expertise to give back to the community.

Our Vision

The vision of ESTEAM Community Foundation is to support higher educational achievement through awarding scholarships and facilitating community educational programs.

Avis Monica Riley

President

Avis “Monica” Riley is a distinguished professional originating from Louisiana, with over four decades of experience in the private sector. Her career has been primarily focused on significant roles within Finance and Human Resources, where she has made substantial contributions to major Fortune 500 organizations. With a deep reservoir of knowledge cultivated over the years, she has become a significant figure in various spheres of work. Riley’s educational background includes a degree in Business from the Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA and Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI. This academic foundation has undoubtedly contributed to her professional acumen and success. Known for her participative yet decisive leadership style, Riley is recognized for setting exceptionally high standards in all her endeavors. Her commitment to excellence is evident in every project she undertakes, reflecting her dedication to achieving nothing short of the best outcomes. One of Riley’s notable contributions is her involvement with the ESTEAM Community Foundation, Inc. Through this organization, she has been instrumental in establishing and promoting educational goals, particularly in the fields of entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (ESTEAM).
